Phase 1: THE MONOFIN SWIMMER EXTENDS ARMS FORWARD, LOCKING HAND TOGETHER, BLOCKING THE HEAD BETWEEN THE BICEPS. THE UNDULATING MOVEMENT STARTSIN THE SHOULDERS, WITH MAXIMUM AMPLITUDE TOWARDS THE HIPS, THE LEGS ALMOST DO NOT BEND TO TRANFER THE MOVEMENT TO THE MONOFIN.
Phase 2: THE LEGS CONTINUE TO PUSH THE SWIMMER WHILST THE HANDS ACT AS A PLANE TO GUIDE THE SWIMMER BACK TO THE SURFACE. THE SWIMMER REACHES THE HORIZONTAL POSITION AS THEY SURFACE.
