CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

You may return your order within 14 days from the date of the delivery as long as the items you wish to return have not been used and have not been washed, cleaned, or altered in any way. 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

We don't offer Exchanges as such but we ask our customers to simply place a new order for the desired items, complete the transaction as you would normally do. Then you may follow the Return procedure for the original items and when we will receive your return we will refund the price paid for the goods and exceptionally (because you placed a new order) the original shipping charged with your initial order.

You have the same results and cost as an Exchange but you receive your exchange immediately without having to wait for the returning items to arrive to us. 

    WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING, SHIPPING BACK TO KiKI?

    The customer bears the cost of the return shipping and can choose any shipping service that prefers.

    It is recommended to choose a service that includes tracking information so that you can monitor your shipment. 

    WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE GOODS DURING THE RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS?

    The shipper, which in this case is the customer, is responsible for the items until they are delivered to us. If anything happens to the items during the return shipping process then the customer is responsible for the items, they remain at his property and we cannot in any way be held responsible for any items before they were delivered to us.

    REFUNDS

    As soon as we receive your return we will issue a refund and will notify you by email. 
    We process refunds within 24hours from receiving the return.
    We will refund the value paid for the returned merchandise. 
    Shipping costs, inbound or outbound, are non-refundable.
